As per #173 (comment), this cleans up temporary files that were generated by tests, in order to avoid cross-contamination between the tests.
The cross-contamination becomes really apparent when the temporary files are generated into the test fixture source directory, as described by issue #173.
Also removed previously committedRemoved in #170.archive-*.zipfiles that were probably generated from running those tests.
